Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain city vehicles and equipment (e.g., trucks, mowers, snow removal)
- Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties in public parks and facilities
- Assist in road maintenance, repairs, and traffic control operations
- Respond to emergency weather events (snow, floods, storms) as required
- Conduct routine inspections and report infrastructure issues
- Support community events and public service initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and minor repairs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to public service values
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous municipal or construction experience preferred
