Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on public facilities, parks, and infrastructure
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (e.g., mowers, trimmers, sweepers)
- Assist in waste management, recycling, and sanitation operations
- Respond to emergency public works requests during weather events
- Contribute to beautification projects including landscaping and signage maintenance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
