Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with city safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for coordinated service delivery
- Document work activities and maintain equipment maintenance logs
- Support community events through setup, teardown, and venue preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and light equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous municipal or public sector experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
