Responsibilities
- Maintain public parks, streets, and municipal facilities including landscaping and repairs
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in emergency response and disaster recovery operations
- Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Provide excellent customer service to community members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
