Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes, playgrounds, and athletic fields
- Operate light equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with event setup and facility inspections
- Respond to citizen service requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- 6+ months grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic knowledge of horticulture or park operations
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
