Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light/heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Respond to weather-related emergencies (flood control, snow removal)
- Support park maintenance and recreational facility upkeep
- Conduct utility infrastructure inspections and minor repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on city improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with heavy machinery operation (dump trucks, graders)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong commitment to public service and safety protocols
