Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain municipal equipment including trucks, mowers, and hand tools
- Perform street repairs, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and department protocols
- Assist in park beautification and public area upkeep projects
- Document work activities and submit accurate daily reports
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete assigned tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance or construction
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation and safety procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
