Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (mowers, tractors, dump trucks) for park maintenance and street repairs
- Perform routine inspections of public facilities and report maintenance needs
- Assist in storm debris cleanup and emergency response operations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year experience in landscaping, construction, or equipment operation
- Certification in heavy equipment operation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of turf management and horticulture
