Responsibilities
- Maintain public parks, streets, and municipal facilities to ensure safety and accessibility
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment for construction and maintenance projects
- Perform routine inspections and report infrastructure issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute city improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, landscaping, or municipal maintenance
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., trucks, mowers, power tools)
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA certification preferred but not required
