Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of public parks, sidewalks, and municipal buildings
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Respond to emergency public works requests during inclement weather
- Assist in traffic control and event setup for city functions
- Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure to identify repair needs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with heavy machinery operation (e.g., dump trucks, graders)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of municipal infrastructure systems
