Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on public parks, sidewalks, and recreational facilities
- Operate light machinery including mowers, trimmers, and snow removal equipment
- Assist in waste collection and recycling program operations
- Respond promptly to public service requests and infrastructure concerns
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project completion
- Complete daily inspection logs and maintenance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or construction equipment operation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
