Responsibilities
- Maintain public parks, facilities, and infrastructure to city standards
- Operate municipal equipment (mowers, trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Assist with emergency response during severe weather events
- Provide direct customer service to residents via phone and in-person
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support community events and public programs setup/cleanup
- Adhere to all OSHA and city safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Customer service experience highly valued
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
