Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPNs.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network outages and performance issues.
- Manage Cisco routing and switching equipment, firewalls, and related hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure network security compliance and implement security best practices.
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or systems administration.
- Cisco CCNA or higher certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and firewall management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to obtain a State of Oklahoma public trust clearance.
