Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain secure facility operations during overnight hours
- Conduct regular security rounds and surveillance to ensure compliance with protocols
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless transition of information
- Enforce facility rules and regulations with professionalism and impartiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness assessment
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

- Must be available for rotating weekend and holiday shifts
