Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise inmate activities during night shifts to ensure facility security
- Conduct regular perimeter checks and surveillance to prevent contraband or escape attempts
- Enforce facility rules and maintain order through de-escalation techniques
- Document incidents, daily logs, and behavioral observations with precision
- Respond to emergencies and medical situations with trained protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
