Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time data streams and system logs during night operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform complex data entry, validation, and cleansing tasks for state records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Investigate and troubleshoot overnight system anomalies or data discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation summarizing operational status and findings.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to transfer critical information and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to strict cybersecurity protocols and state compliance regulations.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or IT support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) and data management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
