- Answer and resolve high-volume incoming calls regarding public services.
- Accurately enter data into secure government databases.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be eligible for US Citizenship.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
