Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Perform 24/7 surveillance of network infrastructure, servers, and hardware to ensure maximum uptime and operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot Incidents: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by internal staff during off-hours with minimal supervision.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all government records and data logs are accurately captured, secured, and backed up according to compliance standards.
- Security Compliance: Enforce strict access control protocols and physical security measures for the data center and server rooms.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of system performance, outages, and maintenance activities for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent military technical training.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking protocols.
