We are currently seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Government Operations Specialist to join our secure facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure facility operations during assigned night shifts.
- Process and verify sensitive government documentation with strict adherence to protocols.
- Operate security systems, including CCTV and access control terminals.
- Prepare and file daily operational logs and status reports.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond immediately to facility alarms and security alerts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in high-traffic areas.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government facilities, law enforcement, or similar secure environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and security.
