Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), servers, and hardware infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security audits to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Level 2 technical troubleshooting and support to agency personnel remotely or on-site.
- Enforce strict compliance with federal and state security protocols and access controls.
- Document system performance, incidents, and resolutions in the central ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this government-related position.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 11:00 PM β 7:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and security clearance process.
