Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure, server health, and application performance during night cycles.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Execute scheduled system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Respond to emergency system alerts and resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all system activities and incident reports.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for incoming staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) including rotating weekends.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking (TCP/IP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
