Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN) during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime for government systems.
  • Perform routine system patching, security updates, and configuration changes in accordance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) standards.
  • Respond to critical system alerts and incidents, escalating issues to Tier 2 support when necessary while documenting all actions in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
