Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and facility management during the night shift, ensuring adherence to all municipal protocols and safety regulations.
- Monitor security systems and physical facilities to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to facilitate seamless handover of operations and address critical issues immediately.
- Process and verify incoming documentation, reports, and data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to emergency notifications and direct response teams to appropriate locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory records for night shift supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Public Administration or Logistics preferred.
- Proven experience in government operations, logistics, or facility management is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
