Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned city zones during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with rapid deployment
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities
- Document incidents using digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with state police during joint operations
- Conduct welfare checks and assist vulnerable populations
- Maintain communication with dispatch and night shift supervisors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid Massachusetts driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security/public safety experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during emergencies
