Responsibilities
- Monitor city facilities, parks, and critical infrastructure during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to emergency calls, incidents, and security breaches with immediate action
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance operations using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with Seattle Police Department, Fire Department, and emergency services
- Document all activities, incidents, and observations in detailed official reports
- Enforce city ordinances and safety protocols in public spaces
- Provide assistance to citizens and city employees during nighttime operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years in public safety, security, or law enforcement
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in emergency response protocols
- Must pass extensive background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently
