Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, and digital platforms during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process critical state applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Maintain secure databases and records while ensuring compliance with state regulations

Qualifications
