Responsibilities
- Process incoming applications and documentation for driver license and identification card issuance.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed during night shifts.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls and inquiries from the public and law enforcement agencies.
- Verify and reconcile records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive personal and criminal justice information.
- Assist in training new staff members on night shift procedures and software systems.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and computer terminals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work nights (typically 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
