Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License (SPO)
- Minimum 2 years experience in security or law enforcement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and access control software
- Strong observational skills and crisis management abilities
- US citizenship and clean criminal background check
- Physical stamina for extended standing and walking patrols
