Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols of the interior and exterior of the facility to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials for all personnel and visitors.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and activity logs with 100% accuracy.
- Enforce facility rules and federal regulations strictly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Assist in the emergency response planning and facility evacuation procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (e.g., Public Trust).
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect irregularities or suspicious activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
