Responsibilities
- Screening Operations: Operate X-ray and CT screening equipment to inspect carry-on baggage and passenger belongings for prohibited items.
- Passenger Interaction: Greet passengers professionally, manage lines, and provide clear instructions regarding security protocols.
- Threat Detection: Identify, isolate, and resolve potential security threats using advanced screening technology.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to TSA security directives, regulations, and agency policies at all times.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift bags weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Clearance: Must pass a background check, drug screening, and medical examination.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
