Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor access control points, verifying credentials and managing entry/exit logs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Patrol parking areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized vehicle activity.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation for all security events.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Class D Security License (State of Florida) is mandatory.
- U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Residency required for government clearance.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Background check and drug screening required.
