Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol government facility premises to ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
- Conduct thorough access control screenings for personnel and visitors in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Enforce all company policies, security protocols, and local laws strictly.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
