Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned government facilities and grounds to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries using security management software.
- Enforce company policies and local/state regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus.
