Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned municipal facilities and government premises during overnight shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts promptly
- Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials for authorized personnel
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance of security systems
- Provide emergency response support and first aid when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Oklahoma State Security Guard License
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with surveillance technology and access control systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
