Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated city facilities during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies as first responder
- Conduct regular security audits and document all incidents with detailed digital reports
- Safeguard sensitive government assets and classified information during low-traffic periods
- Operate advanced security technologies including biometric access controls and thermal imaging
- Collaborate with emergency management teams during critical city-wide events
Qualifications
- Texas Level III Security License or equivalent state certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in law enforcement, military, or government security
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to pass extensive background check and polygraph examination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
- First Aid/CPR certification and crisis intervention training
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
