Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and respond to security incidents during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct regular patrols using advanced surveillance systems and physical inspections

- Document incident reports with precision and maintain digital security logs
- Coordinate with emergency services during critical situations
- Operate security equipment including biometric scanners and CCTV networks
- Provide after-hours support for government operations continuity
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
