Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams during night shifts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Process and validate state documents, applications, and records according to established protocols.
- Perform routine system backups and database maintenance to ensure data security.
- Respond to urgent inquiries from state agencies during off-hours when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to strict government compliance standards.
- Generate nightly reports and update dashboards for morning shift leadership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associateβs degree in a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM β 1:00 AM or 10:00 PM β 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as required for state employment.
