Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate transportation systems during overnight operations
- Respond to emergency situations and dispatch maintenance crews
- Conduct routine safety inspections of transit infrastructure
- Maintain detailed logs of operational activities and incidents
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Oversee traffic control during overnight construction/maintenance
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years operations or logistics experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Flexibility to work rotating overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
