Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including landscape care, irrigation checks, and facility upkeep
- Operate and maintain recreational equipment and park amenities
- Assist with youth and adult program coordination and supervision
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine park inspections
- Support special events and community festivals throughout the year
- Interact professionally with park visitors and address inquiries
- Complete incident reports and maintenance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in park maintenance or recreation services
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
