Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair park facilities, including restrooms, picnic areas, and playground equipment.
- Operate heavy and light machinery, such as mowers, tractors, and dump trucks, to perform grounds maintenance.
- Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for residents and visitors.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events, festivals, and recreational programs.
- Collect and dispose of waste and debris, keeping park grounds clean and litter-free.
- Perform basic landscaping duties, including planting, watering, and pruning vegetation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with landscaping equipment or tools is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
