Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, trail upkeep, and facility cleaning
- Operate park equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with special events, programs, and community activities
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and enforce park regulations
- Complete daily maintenance logs and report safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and clean-up initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for special events
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
