Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including litter removal, landscaping, and equipment sanitization
- Operate park machinery (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers) safely and efficiently
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management during park activities
- Enforce park regulations courteously and educate visitors on safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and inviting public spaces
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous park maintenance or recreation experience a plus
