Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities (playgrounds, athletic courts, trails)
- Lead recreational programs and community events
- Perform routine landscaping and maintenance duties
- Enforce park safety regulations and visitor guidelines
- Assist in event setup and breakdown activities
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida climate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in customer service or recreation programs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
