Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and athletic fields
- Perform groundskeeping duties: mowing, trimming, irrigation management
- Assist in event setup/teardown for community activities
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support seasonal park beautification projects
- Interact professionally with park visitors and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to operate outdoor equipment (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
