Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) safely
- Organize and supervise youth/adult recreational programs
- Enforce park safety regulations and assist visitors
- Perform seasonal event setup and breakdown
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Experience in landscaping or facility maintenance preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
