Responsibilities
- Perform routine park maintenance including landscaping, equipment upkeep, and facility inspections
- Organize and supervise recreational activities for diverse age groups
- Enforce park safety protocols and provide exceptional visitor assistance
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and event setups
- Conduct daily facility checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs
- Operate park maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
