Responsibilities
- Maintain park cleanliness, landscaping, and facilities daily
- Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities for all age groups
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and community members
- Perform routine safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Enforce park rules and regulations while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members during events and seasonal programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
