Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities daily
- Lead youth sports programs and seasonal camp activities
- Assist with special event setup and crowd management
- Enforce park safety rules and conduct facility inspections
- Operate maintenance equipment (training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR certification (provided during training)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events
- Pass background check and drug screening
