Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and sports courts using provided equipment
- Lead recreational programs for youth and adults (sports, arts, fitness)
- Conduct daily safety inspections of park amenities
- Assist with special events and community festivals
- Perform light landscaping and trail maintenance
- Operate park vehicles and machinery as trained
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- First Aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Experience in customer service or recreation programs preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
