Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes including mowing, trimming, and irrigation systems
- Operate groundskeeping equipment (training provided)
- Support event setup and breakdown for community festivals
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards and report maintenance needs
- Assist with playground equipment inspections and minor repairs
- Perform general cleanup of park grounds and facilities
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to all motivated applicants
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety protocols (training provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
